You can always go back and change it later, but it will help those looking to know that you're not still waiting. I'd just put in the day that you found out about it as the NOA2 date. I went and changed all kinds of dates on my timeline to see what it would do to the estimate and where it would put me on Igor's list, what with my NOA1 taking so long, so you can change it as often as you like!

Yeah there's like 34 March filers on Igor's list that didn't get it or didn't update. We were at 60 some, just a month or so ago. I have to beleive a lot of those haven't got NOA2 yet cause there are always those that get stuck in the name check process, and for those it can take another 2 months or so.

Packet 3 has been sent to the embassy and i have completed my medical. Just waiting for packet 4 now and my interview date.

28-02-2011 - Mailed I-129F application.

03-03-2011 - NOA1 received in mail

01-07-2011 - NOA2 received!

04-07-2011 - NVC Received Case.

15-07-2011 - NVC forwards to US Embassy London

18-07-2011 - NVC Received by London

06-08-2011 - Packet 3 returned to Embassy

11-08-2011 - Medical

24-08-2011 - Packet 3 found to have not been received by London

24-08-2011 - Packet 3 Sent to London

25-08-2011 - Packet 3 Received by London (signed for by lyodd)

21-09-2011 - interview! - APPROVED!

A lot of the March filers left on Igor's list haven't logged on since Feb or March, some May, some June, so I wasn't including them when I said it looked like there was only 6-7 left, I was only including those that are still logging into VJ. It's possible they never will log back in, it's possible they have abandoned their petition, or they have already been approved and we will never know. Just click on them and see their last log on, and message them too, some people aren't very adept at this, and won't know even that there's a March filers group following them!

By the way, NVC got my file on the 8th, not the 9th, they sent it out on the 9th! We just found out today, so I need to figure out how to track it to the consulate. I tried it already once and didn't figure it out, so any help to find my DHL number would be appreciated!

She asked all our info and then 'what can I do for you' Told me our case had been sent to the embassy on the 11th. I was so stunned that I forgot to ask for our NVC case number!!! I called again and in barely 5 minutes I got somebody and my case number. I guess its my lucky day!

Thanks Dante & Geor, yes I think Cyprus embassy is not busy at all. Only thing I've heard that the CO is on vacation till September but thats fine. We have to wait till mid September anyway so we can be sure it will be cool enough for the dog to fly in the airplane cargo hold. :yes::lol:

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
