Hey fellow Marchies! Hope everyone is doing well and just wanted to report that ....WE GOT NOA2 last night!!!!!! Woo Hoo!!!

Congratulations guys... :thumbs:

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

I checked the VJ NZ embassy info. It says that they will do Direct Consular Filing for US Citizens and they don't have to be legal residents. That means you can file the I-130 directly with the consulate which means you skip over USCIS. If that might work with your plans, then look into it. Good luck Andie.

I'm sorry to hear that Andie. That throws everything out of whack for you. I really don't know what to say, maybe you'll feel more comfortable about letting your daughter stay over there when she's a couple years older. That really stinks. Wish you best in whatever path you take from here. (F)

Thank you all very much (wasn't allowed to quote you all)! At the moment I'm pretty relaxed, but I know myself, when the august week will start I'll be nervous... :blush: Yep it's near, it's just a pity that my fiance has to go back to the US this sunday, otherwise he could have joined me to the interview, BUT we won't whinge, everything went so smooth so we are just happy! I'll rock the interview alone, we march filers rule, right? :D

I'll go over at november 19th (have to work till middle of november), with my two cats, my fiance comes three weeks before and brings me home then :luv:

I'm gonna complain right along with you! I can't stand seeing March filers without their NOA2s! (stomps foot!) I really hope that we see some more action this week, for your sake and all the other Marchers!

I really really really don't want to see anyone left here waiting in a few weeks, I don't want any Marchers left behind with massive RFEs or AP for any reason. As to the interview itself, that's really kinda out there, so if anyone doesnt' pass that, I hope it's only cause they really didn't deserve to, and not because of something stupid. To have to refile sucks!

Good luck to the remaining Marchers still waiting on NOA2, and hopefully we'll see the list clear out soon!

A touch is not a good thing, you don't want an RFE. VSC is off of its peak rate and gotten much slower and soon CSC is going to take the lead. The cycle has turned. Just keep the faith, NOA2 will come out of the blue, 5 months is the average. According to Igor there are 55 or so March filers that haven't been approved yet and several with March 1st NOA1.
