Thanks Dante and Geor, I'll go to the post office tomorow and get it sent certified and already made the copies of it, which they tell you to do on the letter. I feel good now!!!

Good Grief, what a relief!!! I got the RFE letter and it says I forgot to check yes or no on page 3 part c question 2 of form I-129F about past criminal activity, violence and all.

Thats it, thats it! OMG, bless you USCIS adjucator, you could have been really nit picky about all the other stuff but you weren't and you gave me a simple Get Out Of Jail Free card and Pass Go and collect a fortune in gold while you're at it!!! :dance::dance::dance:

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Got my NOA2 in the mail (no email) today dated 11th.

I129 was accepted on March, 11th.

Thanks TJ, yeah they had me a little freaked out cause I thought I had covered everything. That question was below some question about millitary tribunals and all so I guess somehow my mind must have thought it was in the millitary section, either that or my mind was sleeping!!! :blush::P

see looky? me was right :P small thing on the form hahaha. u will get noa3 super soon :D send it with some sonic speed postal service. we have 100 days today so from now on i expect it any minute. but the no approvals things is frustrating. and i dont think its only on vj, because the uscis lines are completely blocked by calls. in one hour we couldnt catch any free place

Yes you was very right DeeDee!!! Yeah I double checked and read everyting on the letter questionairre they send me, and also made sure even made sure they didn't make it a trick question, like Have you NEVER been convicted instead of have you EVER been convicted! :rofl:

Hang on DeeDee you are getting closer and closer. USCIS does not make it at all easy for you to get any info out of them. I haven't tried calling them but they are known to tell you nothing until your case is 6 months over, and they will insist it takes 5 months to process and you have to wait a month after that before they will do anything.

I think yours will come soon. Usually bran new filers who are clean as far as background and everything will get done quicker then others, and even if they knocked somebody's tooth out! :rofl:

now THAT scares me. because u never know when the curse of the broken tooth will get me. well if they ask me at the consulate about that, ill tell the truth, it was a reflex, not my fault my fist is so damn stong and it moves alone.

Hi fellow Marchers! First off congrats to all of those who have received NOA2. I have only posted like once on this thread but advidly "watch" from the sidelines, however today I needed to touch some others who are going through the same waiting game. Today is day 1 of our estimated adjudication date according to our VJ timeline, (actually I just checked and they changed date to 14th so I guess this is the 2nd day) and I am going nuts! I am like a psychopath constantly checking status on USCIS website, my fiance swears I am causing the universe to delay NOA2 cause I worry too much, LOL. I miss him so much, this is tough, but I know soon we will be together...sigh. Thanks for listening to my rant
