Hey you guys! How you doing?

For me this is one of those nights I can't stand being myself :angry: really hard days without my gordito :crying:

I guess my mood comes from VSC slowing down these days. Let's hope and pray for tomorrow being a better day for all of us in VSC and wth for CSC too! :yes:

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

They sent me an RFE, they wanted a better picture which was easy to do. I never heard about VSC so I called and they said the wheels are turning, woohoo!

K-1 Journey

03-03-2011 - Mailed I-129F application.

03-06-2011 - Packet received in Texas.

03-23-2011 - NOA1 received in mail, dated 03-09-2011.

05-31-2011 - RFE requested. They want better passport pictures of me.

06-06-2011 - Additional passport pics sent.

06-08-2011 - Evidence received and acknowledged. Whew!

06-16-2011 - NOA2 received!

07-20-2011 - Packet 3 Received!

08-01-2011 - Packet 3 returned to Embassy.

08-22-2011 - Packet 4 Received!

09-19-2011 - Interview...APPROVED!

09-23-2011 - Visa in Hand

09-29-2011 - POE LAX

11-11-2011 - Wedding at 11:11pm GMT time.

12-02-2011 - Mailed in AOS/EAD/AP paperwork.

12-05-2011 - Delivery confirmation per USPS.

12-27-2011 - (3) NOA I-797C received, dated 12-20-2011. Biometrics appt set.

01-10-2012 - Biometrics.

01-20-2012 - Notified of interview appointment for 2-21-2012.

01-31-2012 - EAD and AP approved.

02-08-2012 - EAD/AP card received.

02-21-2012 - AOS interview approved. EAD/AP card confiscated.

03-01-2012 - Green Card in hand!!!

364 days total time!

HELLO my fellow March filers, i just want to let you know that i called US Embassy Manila to clarify my Police Clearance from Dubai and they said i don't need one coz she said according to Reciprocity,

Available, only if applicant is physically present in the UAE.

Not available by mail. Post recommends that consular officers waive the general requirement to obtain police certificates unless the applicant lives in the UAE.

Congrats on getting past NVC, now just a matter of getting all your paperwork together and getting the interview date, and then you'll be home free! B-)

Whats going on with VSC, Has there been seriously no approval in last 3 days ????? This just seems unbelievable to me. Are they even open or they gone on a work stoppage or something ?

Got my NOA2 in the mail (no email) today dated 11th.

I129 was accepted on March, 11th.

Letter says that it was forwarded to the 'listed consulate'. There is no consulate named anywhere on the notice -- is this the reference to the consulate on the application?

Also, I was under impression it should go to National Visa Processing service center first?

Congratulations! It goes to the consulate but stops at NVC first. The letter never mentions NVC. You can start calling NVC in a week or so but it probably takes at least 2 weeks.

Good Grief, what a relief!!! I got the RFE letter and it says I forgot to check yes or no on page 3 part c question 2 of form I-129F about past criminal activity, violence and all.

Thats it, thats it! OMG, bless you USCIS adjucator, you could have been really nit picky about all the other stuff but you weren't and you gave me a simple Get Out Of Jail Free card and Pass Go and collect a fortune in gold while you're at it!!! :dance::dance::dance:

Oh BTW thanks guys and gals you were right!!! :lol:
