I went to Sears at lunch time today. I have a coupon that expires at the end of this month and I figured I needed some pillow cases. While I was standing in line at the checkout I got the text and the email. "We have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).."

We were right. June really is a good month for the March group.

LOL wish my man would get his credit card from Sears and our NOA2 all at once hahaha

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Fellow March filer here. We got our NOA2 on 6/17- just 79 days at CSC! We're sooooo happy! :dance:

I mailed the necessary documents to my fiance (the beneficiary) and now we are anxiously awaiting the receipt of our case # to schedule the medical check. As of today, NVC doesn't have it, but I'm sure it won't be long. We're sooo glad the longest wait is over!

I knew mine had to be close. About a month ago, I went to my account on the USCIS website and in my portfolio I started putting in receipt numbers that were before and after mine. My receipt number ended in 70 so I just put in my number and with it ending in 69 and if this was a K1 petition I added it to my portfolio. Then I did it for 68 and the rest of them until I had about 15 before mine. And then I did it in reverse and did the ones after mine. Last week a few of then ones before mine got approved and then this week one before and a couple after got approved. So I know mine had to be close. I figures at that point it was just sitting on someones desk waiting to be gone through.

So happy to be on to the next steps. Working on the relationship evidence now. There are lots of emails to go through.

3-5-2011: I-129F Sent

3-9-2011: NOA1

6-24-2011: NOA2

6-30-2011: NOA2 Hard Copy

7-19-2011: Received Case Number from NVC

08-08-2011: Sent Packet 3 to Embassy

09-12-2011: Received Packet 4 Instructions

Got our NOA2 yesterday too, after only 80 days!

Super speedy! Just hope the embassy doesn't mind waiting a little while since I'm currently in the US till July 20 lol ;/

At least I can get paperwork off my fiance to take back to Australia with me~

30th March 2011 - I-129F sent!

8th April 2011 - NOA1 Hardcopy recieved.

24th June 2011 - NOA2!!! [80 days]

30th June 2011 - NOA2 Hardcopy received.

27th July 2011 - Packet 3 instructions emailed to me!

27th July 2011 - Get my Police check done. 3-4 weeks? omg!

19th August 2011 - Medical!

22nd August 2011 - Medical results, passed!

29th August 2011 - i-134's arrived! Waiting on Police check. Emailed Consulate to see if they have it. :/

15th September 2011 - Finally send off packet 3! Neighbour stole first police check, form in i-134 was wrong and had to be resent, but it's all FINALLY on its way to Sydney! :)

22nd September 2011 - Packet 4 Received!

25th October 2011 - INTERVIEW! Eek!

25th October 2011 - Approved! :) Just need to mail my LONG birth certificate out so they can verify it and send the visa. Lol.

26th October 2011 - Birth certificate arrived in Sydney. Now to wait for my visa!!! :)

1st November 2011 - Visa Recieved!! :)

30th November 2011 - POE

19th January 2012 - Wedding

3rd February 2012 - Applied for SSN in maiden name

10th February 2012 - SSN arrived in mail

14th September 2012: Finally have the money saved up for AOS after a tough year. Going to start paperwork soon.
