Mar 31st 11 - Delivered.

Apr 5th 11 - NOA1 (email).

Apr 8th 11 - NOA1 hardcopy received - dated 4/4/11

June 24th 11 - NOA2 hardcopy received - dated 20/6/11

July 19th 11 - Case number given

Aug 5th 11 - Packet 3 letter received

Aug 13th 11 - Police certificate received

Aug 15th 11 - Medical booked for 22 Aug @ 9.50am

Dear USCIS, please let us be March filers. I know you decided in your wisdom to test our patience by making our original packet that was sent in January disappear. I think you will find that we were very patient, and waited and waited and waited, just like we were told to whenever we could get through on the line, which wasn't often. We're sorry, but we can only be patient for so long, and we're deciding to start over, and sent in another packet. So, please please please, send us an NOA1 so that we can have proof of your existence! Make us into true believers oh mighty USCIS!

Stuary and Thea, still rooting for you/cheering you on as fellow (hopeful?) March filer. Haven't seen NOA1 ourselves and hoping we don't end up in same wait you did. We will be thinking of you!

Just giving u guys an update, I got an rfe today for my sponsors tax return, w2 is not enough so i will be asking a tax transcript to the irs, what a coincidence getting an rfe on april fools day lol, also got my biometrics appointment for april 15th. Just want to ask my fellow march filers when u sent tax return did u sent only the most recent ones which is 2010 or u sent the last 3 yrs

I think I got pretty confused here. We didn't send any tax return with our I-129F.. :unsure:

I may be wrong but I see in your signature you sent out an I-130 and not a I-129...what kind of visa are you applying for?

Yeah I was a little sad but its ok, specially when I been told the wrong info earlier on the phone but another officer gave me a good advice and told me I was given an incorrect info when I called, are you applying for a fiance visa? My advice for aos when u file in the future its better to send tax transcript and save everything u can that would prove a bonafide relationship/marriage coz they need that too
