I saw a couple here today got approved, VSC January Filer... hopefully this week, hmmm I sense that, we'll see more good news coming. Our time is coming, people!! I hope you all had a great weekend.

No confirmation from NVC either. Every time I call I get the same answer "It'll 15 business days for it to be in our system" whats up with that? Others have theirs 5-7 days. Guess NVC works the same way as CSC and VSC - in random order LOL

Someone will open up the box and take a glance on your case any time this month.

Thats the only good thing about Vermont, The NVC is right next door in NH. It only takes like 2 days to get it there. And there arent as many to process unlike california. hehe My VIsa is in route, I have been tracking it through DHL. SHould be delivered to the embassy at some point today.

I would not trade in CSC over Vermont just for that LOL 2-4 weeks waiting for the case number is not bad compared to 5-6 months waiting for the NOA2..

Great, so once your case is in Manila, you're ready to set for an interview. Spare us some slots for July

Its been 7 business days. Gotta wait for more.

Anyway, about the I-134.. What if for instance my interview will be anytime this August but the I-134 was signed and dated July, will that be okay? I guess they will just look for the income not the date when it was signed, right?

Yes Kish thats fine, if the date was very old than I could see a problem because people can lose their jobs. But within 3 - 6 maybe months I see no problem. The standard used to be to send the I-134 with the I-129F application and so you can imagine they were almost 8 or 9 months old before they got to the embassies but even that was okay.

Unfortunately thats right NVC won't get it in a week, hopefully by next week or a little later.

Btw, I just wonder where state do u like to get marry ? if ever, if I'm allow to go to Hawaii, my Fiance and I planning to get marry there, otherwise we will get marry in Las Vegas.

Hello all. Heading out soon to teach the children of the future. Weekend was great. Tried to stay off the laptop to avoid checking USCIS website. Hope the NOA-2 for us roll in this week. My adjudication date on the VJ site says july 21 -aug 5. Im being extremely optimistic for myself and for all of you. Pray, braid your hair or whatever rituals we must do to get those NOA-2 rolling out.

as for me, amazingly i didnt check uscis website for 3!!!!!! days, and thats a record. i seriously think the goverment should do something about vsc, like get them a bigger building and hire more people to work on petitions.....

today i was at work, and i was thinking that in a few months my plane will land in USA, and i will get to hug my baby brandon and kiss him, and that time it will be forever. we're never gonna have to say goodbye ever again then after a few days we'll get a marriage license and we'll get married. and nothing will ever keep us apart from then on. it just.. made me smile... so much, a big big grin that i could not control. i know people looked at me and thought i was nutz for smiling like that but i didn't care. i'll be with my baby soon!

i don't care how long VSC takes... it's just a few months so we can be together for the rest of our lives. even though i gotta say a lifetime is not enough for us to give our love to eachother.

i promise i'll email my CV/resume to VSC center and offer my help so we can process more visas

Ugh! Nothing from NVC yet (Monday). I've never been anxious like this when I was still waiting for our NOA2, but this case number from NVC made me. Could you believe it? its like this because cali takes longer time for nvc. usually they get the case in 3-4 days from vsc :/ but if they are fast you might still catch a place for august
