I'll be in New York City. Which is weird because my fiance currently lives in Texas (well I guess currently he's in Australia with me but you know what I mean) We met in Texas, I've lived there for a year and gone back from two 3 month trips but now he's finished his PhD and gotten a job at NYU we're moving there. I feel like all my traveling to America has been useless coz I'm still going to be in a new strange place when I finally move there for good! :P Oh well. I've been to NY twice, but only for a few days just on random road trips we took. It's a bit scary, but mostly exciting, New York is like just one of those places that everyone seems to want to be! I guess I'll get to explore quite a bit in the next three years :-s

I'll be nearby NYC, we're living in Westchester County in NY, but my hubby-to-be works at DOL in Federal Plaza, so I guess I'll have some time to explore the surroundings there as well... maybe some day we can hang out lalaalexandra  btw I'm also Alexandra

That would be nice! My husband (he will be then!) will be working during the day and we're going to have a bunch of free time on our hands before we get adjustment of status! Plus, we're going to be strangers in a big city who know no one else :-s Will be good to have a friendly face.
