03/04/2011 - Delivery confirmation Dallas, TX USCIS 12:56pm

03/09/2011 - USCIS cashed check

03/14/2011 - Received NOA1 (March 09, 2011 as NOA1 date)

06/08/2011 - Receipt number in the USCIS system (now able to check status of our case online)

06/28/2011 - Received NOA2 email and text message with approval date of 06/27/2011

woaaaaaaaah so many people getting approved already!!! its awsome i thought vsc starts approving in 4th month, maybe its because they didnt have so many february filers. im jealous on you guys, grats!!!! :bonk:

Your fiance in the US needs to call the NVC. There are rumorrs that NVC sends a letter but thats just a rumor and don't count on it. Its hard to get hold of a live person but keep trying cause even the automated system is not as up to date as it should be.

I copied this link a couple months ago, I think it should help as far as trying to get hold of them.

wonderful idea!! :D we've already been vj friends for couple months already, we'll probably go through aos togheter too :D after complaining and listening so much to eachother it would be great to keep in touch after all this nightmare is over as well :wub:

Feb 28th: Sent off petition

Mar 8th: E-NOA1 notification

Mar 14th: NOA1 hard copy

June 6th: E-NOA2 notification

Dec 13th: Medical

Dec 13th: Interview (APPROVED!!)

Dec 22nd: Received Visa's - wrong gender on son's visa :(
