I just checked up on Igor's List and it looks like VSC had 4 approvals yesterday and 3 today! :dance: :dance: Hope they continue working! :thumbs: :thumbs:

11-06-2012: Biometrics App Letter

01/31/12 Received email update from USCIS saying that we've been scheduled for an interview

02/03/12 Got an email saying card production had been ordered for my EAD...now just to wait for the card...

02/09/12 Received email saying EAD card has been sent

02/13/12 Received EAD card :D :D :D :D

03/06/12 Interview in Phoenix :).....Approved :D

03/14/12 Received Green card in mail.....

....no more USCIS until December 2013

How does one know that the NVC received the petition? Does anybody know this? Thanks!

Your fiance in the US needs to call the NVC. There are rumorrs that NVC sends a letter but thats just a rumor and don't count on it. Its hard to get hold of a live person but keep trying cause even the automated system is not as up to date as it should be.

I copied this link a couple months ago, I think it should help as far as trying to get hold of them.
