Eeee! My fiance gets here in 4 more days! Finally. He's coming over here for three weeks to 'propose officially' The whole get down on one knee, diamond ring deal and have our engagement party! I'm so excited. It's always good to have something else to count down to, so that way we can focus on something other than Igor's List :-s

Ergh, I'm sort of a list person, so I have a notebook with lists and lists where I write down the amount of unapproved K1's for Vermont for each given month and I update it every day to see how many people have been approved, and what our new dates are and where we are on the list. I know it's ridiculous because we've only just started the process but even seeing the numbers continually go in the right direction helps calm me down and not stress as much!

4 days! I CAN'T WAIT TO HOLD HANDS AND EAT HOT DOGS!!!

You are right, that's the nice side of the coin, that he can take a break from work for weeks or even month (I can't either ). But the other side of the coin is that because of his job we are sometimes not able to talk or skype for weeks, just mails. So it means the world to me that we have this long time together - and hope we'll get our NOA2 in this timeframe maybe! Let's all keep our chin up, we are on our way and in some month nothing can seperate us anymore from our loved ones!

Sorry to hear that. Its extremely rare that she and I have arguments but I work on our communications as often as I can. There's no magical fix to it but I think the key is being open with each other. If he knew how you feel about something and why you feel that way and you knew the same about him. You might understand each other better and end up having less arguments. Anyway its much better to tackle the problem now than later. Good luck with it and hope it gets better.

yeah same here, sometimes we argue about unreasonable things...like me, not messaging him while i'm out...and him for being so paranoid......but we never get to sleep w/out fixing it. And i also get irritated this past few days coz his been like crazy busy working, i know its selfish to say but its driving me crazy not seeing him everyday, but we never miss a day talking in skype or google even just for an hour....its just this past few days coz his been working really hard and me busy helping my family. ugh i wish NOA2 is coming soon....

Distance it's what it kills everything, gets you stressed, worried, upset, etc.

But you have to know each other very well, if one is upset, the other person has to be there, give support, be positive. It's a long and difficult process, for a relationship, and most of us can't be with the one we love very often. I'm one of them, just had 1 amazing/perfect month with my man, hardest thing to do is say goodbye, not knowing when you'll see each other again, how long it'll take, (since I have no tourist visa to U.S, to visit him), but we know each other, know our love.

This is the most important thing, know each other and what you have. Arguments, we never had. Even if things are not okay, we're always there for each other. :luv:

The couples who has arguments very often, has to be strong, to think back before saying something that could ruin the relationship, has to be always there for each other.

AND at last but not least, we all need patience. Keep the feeling alive :) :)
