For us a crisis seems to have been averted. Loreta was getting scared last week cause she felt very weak and had incidents where she would wake up completely disoriented and didn't know where she was (she did looose her memory 4 or so years ago for nearly 9 months).Her friend from her hometown in Latvia suggested she fly over there with her and see a doctor there. She's in Latvia now getting home cooked meals and all. She had analysis done on her head and they did see some areas where the injuries took place but saw she is healing normally. She's also feeling much better with no dizziness or temporary memory loss. Everything is still a go for us to meet back in Cyprus on the 26th.

Thanks Dante & Geor, shes been doing much better since Friday, also getting home cooked meals and her mothers there to help her if she has any problems. I think the problems are over, fingers crossed. Good luck to all 3 of you too!!!

@Robert, that's not far at all from the wedding day now! And you're right, not far from now will be March 2012..geez... time is passing so fast...

So... tomorrow is the big day for us, by this time we will be married already. FINALLY. Everything here is fine, life is good. Miss family but it's alright, wish they could see me tomorrow, see our happiness ...but as soon as we can, will be visiting them.

Anyway, hope everyone is doing great..it's been slow here, I know everybody is busy..but hope everyone is alright. Take care people!

@MatthewNCarolina--Thanks for the good wishes which are much appreciated. I think Inday is way beyond finished packing now, ready to go except for a few loose ends. Lots of "hurry up and wait" now for both of us. Carolina, you had time to come to VJ on day before your wedding?? Wow!! You truly are loyal to your VJ family & friendds. Speaking of which, I know your own family will sense/feel/know of your happiness. Thanks RK and wow, a fabulous day coming for you also!!!

Everything is going well for Loreta, she has some sort of low blood pressure or blood flow problem. She's been meaning to get laser surgery done on her leg veins and we decided its best for her to do it now so that it can only help her blood flow. So she had that done today and I expect she will be recovering even better.

The phone networks are much better there in Latvia so I get to talk to her everyday, as opposed to Cyprus where I can talk to her usually at most twice a week. So we're both happy and I can tell she is in a very good mood and all is great!

Thanks for the wishes! I expect many of us here will have quite a lot to be thankful for, this Thanksgiving and Christmas and all!!!

Congrats RK the moment you have been waiting for is coming fast!!! Actually I'm flying to go see Loreta and go to the interview with her on the 26th so I'm excited too! Yeah we've been enjoying the phone connection cause we get to talk at least everyday and she is pretty much back to normal!

Okay, an update here. I still don`t have my visa, apparently they made a typo on my son`s. The paperwork I sent them, and the paperwork they sent me, and his passport all have the same name on them, no discrepancy. Somehow, after the visa was approved, someone typed it into the computer wrong. No timeline yet on when they will be able to fix it, and if they stamped his passport incorrectly already, I`m sure POE will not run smooth with the wrong name in it. I bet I have some official document to go along with it, or a second stamp in his passport when we finally get it.

Stuart was told to call them in a week, he`s not waiting though. Talked to someone from the Senate office today, hopefully they can get our visa sorted out.

We went to apply for social security card today, gonna receive it in the mail within probably 2 weeks, then next step is drivers license and joint account, to prepare AOS.

After the plane tickets, the many visits to the UK, the honeymoon in Vegas, hey I will have memories. We can all remember something awesome about 1998 but may not remember how much money we had in the bank. That shows what is truly important. I am just glad I can afford to make the memories.
