Good day to you all, i want to know if its only me or someone else in this same situation.On sept 28,2010 my husband file AOS for me at the LEE Summit MO.In Nov,2010 they request prove evidence i send it back , they received it on Nov 23.2010 they said i will hear from them in 60 days about the 1485 apllication. its going 4 months and still dont hear anything yet dont get a interview date yet . but did get EAC in Dec. so am wondering whats going on start to get worried. anyone please reply back.

Oh mine was at Lee's Summit MO too. I sent RFE Feb 24 and just now I got notified through email that they forwarded it to California Service Center for processing.

Maybe they're processing many applications (including yours ..maybe thats why it took that long) that they need to send away some (mine included).

You can call them though and ask.
