Okay,

I have no citizenship of any kind nor any kind of passport.

I was born in KZ. Now, i have had lived in Israel for 10 years already...

I don't have citizenship nor a passport. I did not serve the army...

I want to migrate to some civilized country like US, Canada, Australia or alike.

Brazil is a good possibility too, but again there is a must on serving the army...

I've read about World Passport, can getting it help me in any way?

Is there a chance of me getting out of here?

I want to live a good productive life, run a business and enjoy my existence...

But in this country it's really hard to do any of those, in my case at least...

Topic moved from Immigration News forum as not a news story, to General Immigration Discussion forum. Even though the OP is asking about emigration from a specific location rather than immigration to the US this is probably the best forum for this discussion.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

KZ as in Kazakhstan? Here is the link on google for World Passport :http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Passport and http://www.worldservice.org/docpass.html . I have never heard of it before, but yes, there are people who are stateless in the world through one circumstance or another. From what I read here, however, it may not suit your purpose as Canada, New Zealand and the US do not accept it for visa purposes. It doesn't say about Brazil and Australia.

If it is a condition to have military service, would that get citizenship where you are? Are you able to serve in the military or are you beyond the age of service and that is why you are not able to follow that route to citizenship?

Why do you not have a passport/ citizenship? If you are a refuge for example, you can get papers which act in lieu of a passport.

I am not sure about the other countries, but the USA is very difficult to immigrate to. Do you have any specific skills (scientist, IT expert etc) which may help?

"Serving in the army" is a bit of a stretch. It's more like the US's selective service program - every male registers, and the vast majority are put on the reserves list.

If you are not a citizen of any country, which country would possibly want to have the army completed by a non-citizen?

Why don't you get an Israeli citizenship since you have resided there for 10 years? Even if you were there illegally, you should still be able to naturalize using some form of aaliyah.
