hello everyone ,

my fiance does not have any pay stubs .. his salary gets deposited directly into his bank account .. so if we submit his bank statement, letter from the employer and last 3 yrs tax transcripts along with the I-134, will that be enough ? or do i need anything else ?

thank you .

they want the most recent year earnings, a letter head from your company stating your wages,a few copies of your bank statements, tax transcripts 3 years, you can take to the interview, just in case it's asked for.

Alot of places that don't exactly "offer" paystubs usually have them available one way or another. I get direct deposit without paystubs but know my HR manager has them if I need them (income verification for loans, etc). I know every place is different, but it's probably worth a shot checking with whoever does the accounting for your employer, just to be safe. If not, as others have said, bank statements may work in place of them.

Yes, i have direct deposit as do many people but the pay stubs are legally required. mine are available through a link that i access through an HR website. He should be able to get pay stubs from HR.
