Hi guys

I'm struggling to get my head around this form. I've read all the instructions but I'm just in need of some clarification.

Can someone who has completed this form please let me know the evidence they submitted to support their form.

This is our last step and i just want to make super sure that we have everything.

Thanks guys

If you're talking about the I-134, I sent the last three years tax transcripts, a letter of employment from my employer, and the most recent three pay summary sheets.

This is needed for the interview and not the initial petition filing.

yeah this is for my k1 visa.

So last years tax return, last 3 payslips, employment evidence (letter from employer stating salary, length of service)? is that it?

thanks guys

I would recommend the lat 3 years of tax transcripts just to be on the safe side. I have heard of people only submitting the last year and they get a slip at the interview requesting more information.

You will ultimately decide what to do and what to send as evidence, but I would rather be safe and send more than enough than too little.

Good luck!

the three year prior tax transcript thingy really depends on the embassy,i suggest you read up in your regional section ( the subforum for england ) and talk to some members to see if they were required 3 years prior or if its common for your embassy to ask for it

It so confusing, i wish they just had the forms and evidence explained in plain english sometimes

check the example forms on here, you might get a clue

Vehicle and property are not required.. Or is you dont have any you might want to invest for this petition..naah you dont. Such items are optional if teh income meets the requirement.

Check Section 7. on I-134. Note: I-134 is used when applying for K-1 visa.

It did not say OPTIONAL.

I am employed as or engaged in the business of ....

I derived an annual income of: ...

I have on deposit in savings banks in the United States ..

I have other personal property, the reasonable value of which is:...

I have stocks and bonds ....

I have life insurance with a cash surrender value of ...

I own real estate value at .....

Now with I-864 which is used for AOS only. If your annual income is sufficient then that is all you need.

Remember, it is your application. The more documents you have the better. Minimizes the chance of getting RFE.
