Hello all, First post, and just starting the Journey. Have begun filling the 129 Form, and have a question regarding my Fiance's son who is in College, and is not planning on coming to the US. Do I still need to add him on the 129 form? Thanks in advance

This question covers /all/ children, even those not accompanying them.

Yes, you need to include him, but there won't be any extra fees etc later, as he is not applying for a visa.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
