I have posted here before and have asked the question of emails to the Embassy.... What happens to them, do you think that they just delete them or maybe it is in cyberspace perhaps... I have emailed then 5 times and no response.... and when I call, they say, send it again.... Don't they keep them or not?

Maybe they are inundated with emails and I can appreciate that BUT if they aren't gonna reply then why have the option? :girlwerewolf2xn:

Yes,

It is actually an page that is sent to the Embassy after you have completed all of the info that they ask for.... do you think that they delete them?

Just so you can confirm, I have attached a link. Other Venezuelans would best tell you more about the consulate

Try to get a specific email address for the person within the Consular section of the Embassy. I've sent emails to the general USCIS address and I've never gotten responses. First step, if you can afford it, would be to call the Embassy and ask to speak to someone for the Dept. of Homeland Security or USCIS. Then you ask them whatever questions you may have. As well, while you have them on the line, I'd ask for their email address and or phone number. I got two direct email address within the Parisian US Embassy through this method. The person, at first, was super hesitant to give her email address out, but had no trouble giving me her phone number. After a few days, and some other questions, and luck, I was able to get her address and another person's address.

But, I'd try calling the switchboard and then asking to speak to someone within the specific part of the Embassy.
