I-864 or I-864EZ?

I thought I had seen here on VJ somewhere that the I-864EZ was an option for AOS from K-1.

I was skimming through the instructions for the I-864EZ and meet all the requirements - only one immigrant, based on W-2 income, etc. but the other condition requires that I be the one who filed the I-130. A K-1 visa files an I-129F.

Is I-864EZ an option for AOS from K-1 or do I need to use the full I-864?

I believe you answered you own question, be on the safe side and just fill in the I-864

I may have...

The K-1 has so many asterisks in the process that I just don't know. I do know that if we wait a long time to AOS, we'd have to file an I-130 along with the I-485, then according to the I-864EZ instructions, we could use it.
