My wife's I-130 petition was approved on February 22, 2011, and was sent to New Hampshire, NVC. How long does it take to receive NOA2? Can I check the status online just like NOA1 (receipt number)? Is there a time limit to mail the papers once I get the I-864 form, etc?

Thank you,

Tony

My wife was approved 2/18 got the NOA 2 in the mail 8 calendar days later. Call to NVC on 3/2 and am told they have it but not entered yet . Wait two to four weeks. Will call each evening when I get home. The only answer I got was they were dumped on. Good luck.
