:dance::dance: I got my letter today from London, and I'm approved :dance::dance: .

OMG OMG!!!! I'm so happy, I was shaking *still am* like crazy when I opened the letter...but lo and behold, it was an approval :yes:

Thank you soooo much for everyone that has helped and supported me through this whole immigrationprocess, you just mean the world to me... thanks to Vicky, Paul, MistyB, Tiff ..pls forgive me if I have forgotten any names, I'm just so delirious at the moment :dance:

Woohoooooo !!!

Timeline:

January 27 2006: submitted and approved I-130 in Copenhagen, Denmark

March 23 2006: Interview, submitted I-601 waiver

May 2 2006: London recieves waiver

August 21 2006: waiver approved woo hoo

October 3 2006: arrived in the US

Thank you guys for all your cheering, you guys have been the best - such wonderful supporters and rant buddies :P

What a wonderful feeling, feels like a ton of weight has been lifted off my shoulder :D For once in a very loooong time I can finally start planning my future - can't wait to see hubby again, miss him sooo much :wub:

Well, I still have to wait to get my Passport and the rest before I can book anything - hope it wont be long :(

And don't worry, I'm not going anywhere - I'll be here cheering for Vicky when she gets her approval too :thumbs:

once again, thank you thank you soo much for all your help and support through this whole process - you guys have been such a wonderful blessing (F)

9/12/05--visa interview; submitted 601 to Stockholm, Sweden

10/06/05----waiver forwarded to DHS; Copenhagen, Denmark

10/11/05---waiver entered into the DHS system

12/15/05---waiver finally mailed to London; rc'd snaily from ICE (12/16/05)

01/03/06----DHS London finally receives waiver; let the adjudication begin!

Jan. 25 06---LONDON APPROVES WAIVER!!!

02/02/06---sent passport off to embassy to receive visa

02/06/06---rc'd passport w/visa and infamous brown envelope

02/25/06----spouse immigrated to Florida..Miami POE, no probs!

03/14/06----spouse received social security card

03/17/06----spouse received green card!

03/12/06----Finally back in the US after 7 long years!

08/20/06--We separate after almost 8 years of marriage

06/09/07---still separated.....probably filing for divorce in August

I'm so happy that we got approved, finally we can start our future together. I will be reunited with hubby in California, am sooo excited :wub:

Yea Vicky is next that's for sure, they have waited 13 weeks already, it wont be long now - I'm all ready to cheer for her approval :yes:
