here it goes,

Back in 2001, I filed K1 visa for my now ex-wife. And a few years later, she got her naturalization. fast-forward a few years more, her parent came to the U.S. But it was me who use my income for them (I-34). AND also, her siblings too, but they're still waiting in line for their VISA. I'm divorce, clean and legal.

Now I've filed another K1 visa for my new fiance. Will my Sponsership (I-134) for my ex-wife parent have any negative impact on my current K1 visa? Or do i still have financial responsibility for ex-wife parents?

According to the 2011 poverty guideline, I'm about 200% above. 3 kids and me =4 total.

thanks, for the help : )

I-134 is only for NON-Immigrants.

Did parents visit or immigrate? If you sent an I-864 to NVC for immigrant visas, this would come into play after they enter the USA and get green-card. If visas are still pending at NVC and you wish to pull the I-864, you should be able to, and have the EX do the I-864 and sponsor their own parents and siblings.

You would count any immigrants on your I-134 that are still considered to be still sponsored. The EX being a Citizen now you don't count.
