Can someone please tell me when do you show your co-sponser info. Is it during Embassy interview or can You send it back with RFE even though not part of info asked for? Thank you so much.

Always embassy interview, USCIS does not want any information about affidavits of support.

In your case IR-1/CR-1 Department of state will request an I-864, at this time you and Joint sponsor will submit this, and then this will be forwarded to the consulate.

Or if you filed petition overseas to consulate, the I-864s will be brought to the interview.
