Latvia Consulate Interview Question

My K-1 visa was recieved on October 28th at the Vermont center. It is currently in the Review stage. I was curious how long it takes to get the interview date. Also, does the interview for someone in Latvia take place in Riga, Latvia, or does it take place somewhere else. I another post that said the interview would be in Poland... Either way, if the interview is in Latvia or Poland, does anyone know how harsh the interview will be?

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
