CIVIL SURGEON IN SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI

Tried looking up all the thread for civil surgeons and unfortunately I didn't find any CS in STL. Please help us find a good CIVIL SURGEON around SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI. We need to file our AOS and could't find a good one with REASONABLE PRICE...Thank you very much!

Sometimes you need to bring the instructions to a civil surgeon and show them K visa needs only vaccination record done. That's what I did doctor dropped fee to $35 or so.

Hey there is a readonable one in st louis i posted it in the civil surgeon thread. They only charged us 27.00 to transcribe the immunizations and we paid 5.00 for the flu shot bcuz it was flu season when we went. The place is Concentra medical in maryland heights off of Dorsett. Let me get the address and i will post it here for u. Or u can also look in the cheap civil surgeon thread again bcuz i posted it there as well.....

My wife is K1 visa holder. Good luck at the Concentra in Maryland Heights listed above. I called ahead of time and they said "no problem", like $40 to transcribe vaccinations. Got there and after an hour wait Dr. Bernardo insisted on full physical for $175. Needless to say we left. We had all req'd proof of vaccinations. My wife had full overseas in Canada less than a month earlier. We submitted AOS with 3025 and note stating physical within one year. We'll see what happens. I was disgusted with this office and Dr. Bernardo and filed a complaint with Concentra Corporate. Dr. Puricelli actually called me and she insisted they were correct to require full physical. I showed them instructions from I-485, etc. They had no clue. Very unprofessional.

Really I am surprised because this place is exactly the place my husband and I went and had no problem

I can see that the place mentioned is not reasonable. Do you know any other doctor who can provide it for cheap, I called there and they are asking for 185+330(vaccination). that's too much for me...
