IS JAMAICA AN OVER SUBSCRIBED COUNTRY OR NOT? HELP! NEED TO KNOW TO CHECK BULLETTIN

Jamaica is not considered oversubscribed. In your category The Philippines and India are considered being oversubscribed countries.

LOL. Well Ricardo, i went to the bulletin for FB1 non-oversubscribed for 2011 and it is saying Feb. 15 06. This would mean that your cousin and i priority dates R current. So i dont understand, how is it your cousin still no word from NVC and case complete from October 2010. Just dont seem logical. So thats Y i thought we were oversubcribed and was cut off Jan 05.
