I am traveling to the Philippines in May. my passport is still under my maiden name but my greencard is under my married name.

I file my lifting of conditions this month of August.

I just want to know if it is OKAY if I travel outside US even my passport from my country is still under my maiden name?

am I going to have any trouble getting in and out of the United States??

please give me any information!!!

thanks a lot:)

You will be okay. I suggest you bring your original marriage certificate and any other documents you have showing the maiden name. Also policies varies by Airlines and in addition you should contact the carrier to get clarification.

Carry your marriage certificate with you to show that you changed name due to marriage. Many travel with passport in maiden name and GC is married name. Just have your cert with you

Divorced !st November 2012.
