My wife (from Canada)and I (from the U.S.) are recently married. The other week, she made a rash decision. She was very upset and unhappy being so far from home. She decided to go back to Canada prior to us filing for her AOS. Now she wants to come back home. When she entered on her K-1 visa, U.S. Boarder Security had said something about, if she left the county prior to filing the AOS, she would be considered "self-deported". What do we have to do in order for her to come back home to the U.S.?

You have to file a CR-1 spousal visa and wait around a year and start all over from the bottom of the pile. Pay the fees wait the time new medical another interview etc.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
