Bonafide marriage

We are sending out all forms, 325, 130, 864, 765 and 485 this week.. Im a lil worried though about the proofs and supporting docs i included which is not enough, i guess.. They are photocopys of greeting cards, bunch of photos together, room rental agreement form with our names and signatures in it and also signed by the landlord, a hotel receipt we checked in to and an affidavit of a close friend whose also a witness of our marriage ceremony. We tried to open a joint bank acct but the bank told us we cant do that coz i dont have ssn yet and i need two forms of id.. Do u guys think we'll get through?

You should be ok for initial evidence I would think. Once you get your EAD you should hopefully be able to get some more things in both names. You then bring everything to the interview. To be honest, we had just about as much as you do when we interviewed, and we were fine.

I'm going on the assumption that you've been married a short time.

Whew thats a relief Thanks! Yes we are, we just got married last october then she became USC after a month. It took us a while to find an atty and start gathering the forms, documents etc since were both busy.
