Okay..It was time for my Noa 2..and to be sure I asked for and received a service request....5 days later my Noa 2 was approved.!!

Today...I got a letter on my service request telling my my decision was pending...and to expect a decision within 60 days...also I had emailed

them..and received today another letter saying to wait for the outcome...so the question is...did they look for my file and then go ahead and spend 15 minutes and work it...or are the two functions so seperate..that one "hand has no idea what the other does.???"

I'd ignore the letter regarding your service request and go with the NOA2 approval.

the answer is "B". The service request had nothing to do with your approval. The letter the service request generated is useless and meaningless.

Petitions get approved when they get approved. Yours was about due.

Here is the truth. Their goal is to make you go away, that is all. By the time you filed the serivce request, it was pretty safe to send you the "60 day" form letter. Odds are you get approved before 60 days (you did) and you are happy (you were).

They were exactly right, you got an answer within 60 days.

The truth is "One hand does not need to know what the other is doing"
