Unfortunately, this site and forum specialize in immigration to the United States. A few members from Canada might be able to point you to a site that can help with immigration to Canada.

I don't know how the Canadian consulate sees things, but a US consulate at most middle eastern and north African countries would be very suspicious of a relationship where the US citizen petitioner is a female who is much older than the foreign beneficiary who is a male. It is unusual for an older woman to get involved with a younger man in those countries, and practically unheard of for a woman who is nearly 40 years older. I think you're going to have some very serious problems convincing a consular officer from any western country that your relationship is legitimate. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but it's the unfortunate truth. Many members of this site have reported that their foreign fiance's were barbecued at the consulates in countries like Egypt and Morocco over their age difference.

thanks everyone for the replies. I'm 35 and she's 20. She lives in guatemala

again thanks

Hello. Guatemalan Diana here. Placing myself into a whole countries context: 15 years isin't THAT bad. I know couples that have a bigger age difference. Who knows, maybe she is more mature for her age, things happen... They wont deny you as long as you can proof that you have a true lovey-dovey (LOL) relationship. From what I've read, Guatemala isin't that harsh when it comes to the fiance k1 visa.

The best of luck!!

Diana.
