I am a LPR trapped in Costa Rica due my son born here.

I have applied for him and finally got his I-30 approved.

Now I am pregnant with my 2nd baby and due in June 2011

I am currently waiting for my son's date to get current again, our case was completed on Dec 2010.

Any idea what else I can do?

since I have to leave to the US to deliver my daughter and cannot leave my son here by him self

He is only 3 years old.

please any advice will help !

How long out of the USA already? More seriously is the LPR status may also be considered to be abandoned if living outside the USA too long.

I have entered the US every 3 to 4 months but I have been here for almost 3 years.

You can find a friend or family member the father of the child to watch over him until you return. I too have a brother that is only 14 and cant be left by himself. my parents who are both LPRs is overseas with him currently.
