06/23/2009: 10 Year Green Card arrived

Congratulations! Your wife's I-130 should not be far off, if you did not hold the process.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Congrats Hafiz. I am so happy for you.

My wife K-3 case had reached islamabad on 8/22/06 and today she got packet 4 and her visa interveiw is on september 25th . Can you please tell me what questions were asked and what documents were needed. I am surprized that you got visa the same day. Is it normal for everyone.

Is there any way where you can pm me in case !!!

i did not know that you get email from NBC that your visa was approved.

How do they know when your interveiw is abroad.
