Travelling/working question

Not sure where if this is the right area to post this.

I am moving back to Canada due to a Job and my wife is going to be moving up at a later date. We were married in August of 2009 and I currently have a 2 year conditional green card that expires in October 2011.

My question is will I have any trouble going back to the States to visit her a few times until she moves up here, and to put our house up for sale?

Once USCIS and the POE catches on they can revoke the green-card.

Some simply move home and file to abandon the green-card filing I-407 to the US Consulate, and later when things change if ever, they simply file a new petition for a new spouse visa.

Moving this to General Immigrations.

If you visit her AFTER returning your greencard, then just make sure you bring proof of your strong ties to Canada so they don't think you're attempting to immigrate. You may get an officer who asks, "Who are you staying with?" and once you say "my wife" he will probably raise an eyebrow. That's when you explain your situation and show him the evidence (leases, letter from employer etc) that you intend to return to Canada and not stay in the US.
