I just lol'd for real and I have no clue why

Rubbing your spouse is no laughing matter....and I'm wearing clothes to bed, thank you. If God wanted us naked, He wouldn't have invented bearskins.

Hey, I got an idea - lets post sexy photos of our spouses here! Who's first?

Interesting. The graph plots physical activity in 2007 against average temp from 1971-2000. If the purpose of this was to compare two sets of random data in the most meaningless way possible, then they have certainly succeeded.

You must be from Tennesee.

Even then, they prefer US $$$ (at least for now)

people can sleep naked if they have kids?

eta: oh are gary's kids older?

Two have their own houses to sleep naked in. One is in Russia 10 months per year, the other is at the other side of the house. Yes, you can sleep and walk around nekkid and sunbathe nekkid in the backyard and even cook nekkid except for heels.

Its Vermont! There is no law against being nekkid.

I'm in Denver, just like it say's under my name.

But seriously, do you see some kind of pattern in this graph that relates to temperature? Looks random to me and I'm not sure the best fit line wasn't just randomly drawn either.

My guess would be physical activity correlates better with some other factor like slices of pizza eaten per annum or hours of TV watched.

Do you see some indication I am taking any of this seriously?

Vermont IS a very active state, I already knew we were listed as number one. It is true, lots of outdoor stuff to do here. Ski resorts abound and they are all packed every day from Thanksgiving until the end of March, some go into April. There are whole villages of ice fishing shacks (though it is debateable if that is an "activity") the hiking trails are busy year round, I never imagined so many places would sell snowshoes! The schools all have ski clubs (Pasha goes every Friday, the bus ride to the resort is $5) most have cross-country ski trals around the school and it is part of their PE classes. You ARE going to learn to ski, dammit! Add in kayaking, swimming, hiking in the mountains. Burlington has one of the few really successful "downtown pedestrian malls" in the country. Lots of cities tried it and failed, but we like to walk here in Vermont. Hundreds and hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails. We have the "Long Trail" a walking trail that follows the spine of the Green Mountains from the Massachussets state line all the way to Quebec.

I have no clue if it has anything to do with the temperature. I don't care. I think it has more to do with the fact that you drive just out of downtown and you are in the mountains and there is lots to do there and the city is right on the shores of a beautiful lake. And 30% of the state population lives here, so they have easy access to it.

If you had only used the smiley face sooner!

General interest point...I rarely take anything here seriously. Or anywhere else for that matter. Whether or not I use a smiley icon.
