Pretty much, the entire GOP.

Fascism in the sense that corporations are allowed to have a significant role in shaping public policy - that's pretty obvious. You can call it Corporatism if it helps you sleep better at night, but that has been the aim of Far Right movements within the Republican Party. And to be fair, many Democrats have embraced the idea in some fashion or another.
