Hi...I filed 1-130 for my husband in August 2010 and it was approved in February 2011. I got the case number and Invoice ID number from NVC on February 28, 2011 and I also gave our email id's. But we didn't receive any emails from NVC. When I checked the site for paying AOS bill, it says 'not invoiced'. Could you please let me know if my husband can still email NVC the DS-3032 or do we have to wait for an email or letter from NVC? When emailing DS-3032, do we have to attach the signed form (is bar code also needed?) or just have details as mentioned below without an attachment...pls help us..thank u so much..:

An email from the beneficiary to the NVC in the format stated in your post is fine. No barcode needed and it doesnt have to be in the attachment form.

Good luck!
