I cannot find an official NSO website to order documents and have them delivered to the US. Has anybody used another service? Just looking for something reliable and not too expensive. Thanks.

We used ecensus to get a birth cert for our son. It was very quick. I believe it is the ONLY place you can get NSO documents.

Philippine-based applicants may also request it from Pilipinas Teleserv...unfortunately they do not deliver internationally.

Just note that you may not order NSO documents online if your document has undergone any changes or corrections in entries through legal means (like the correction of wrong or misspelled names, wrong dates, etc.)...in those cases Pilipinas Teleserv and eCensus will not process your request.
