Color copies vs. black and white?

I'm including a copy of my fiancé's passport to show the stamps from when he entered the U.S. to see me, as proof of meeting in the last two years. Do you think it would be alright to have black-and-white photocopies or would color be preferred?

We did color - some of the stamps in my passport are hard enough to read as it is, so we wanted it to be as clear as possible.

We did black and white with no issues. I guess you need to see if the black and white are legible. If so, you should be fine.

Everything I sent in package was black-white copies, with the exception of photographs (passport photos, evidence photos)

I would think that black and white copies would be fine as long as they are legible.

We sent color copies with our petition. I thought black & white would be fine, but the fiance insisted on color. I think having the color made me feel a little more confident that everything would be just the way they wanted to see it. My fiance had quite a few stamps that were hard to read and the photo page was a little distorted in black & white. If it is legible, I'd just stick with black & white.
