(c )(9 ) I-765 is always based on the pending I-485, this is the one that has no fee.

(a )(6 ) is the worthless K-1 based EAD, it expires 90 days after arriving in the USA and has a $380 FEE, would be filed for before filing I-485. Again useless waste of $$

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

On form I-765 Question 16, what do I put there if I immigrated on a K1 and got married??

You mean Q15: (current immigration status)? you arrived on a K1 Fiance/ee visa Not sure what YouAndDan is talking about Q 6 is date of birth and Q9 SSN

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month
