I don't know of any free attorneys but Catholic Charities offer immigration services based on your income and it doesn't matter what religion you are.

Is there a particular reason you feel you would need an attorney? Generally the I-130 packet can be assembled and filed easily yourself. It is only when you have a complicated issues that you may need the help of an attorney.

You usually won't be able to hire a lawyer for free. But you may find a lawyer willing to help you a bit for free at your local library or church or mosque or wherever you congregate to commune with your Maker. Be advised that you will get crappy advice.

Instead, you should use VJ. We help you our a lot with your process. A lot of us have gone through this process and have become expert. You can follow the various guides on VJ.
