I am getting ready to send in my I-751 and I know at one point I saw I had to send in finger prints and then I re-read it and thought I had to wait for the Biometrics appointment? Now I am reading it again and I need to send in finger prints and passport pictures?

I am so confused at this point, or maybe going crazy - or both :)

Can someone help me out?

I was thinking I just needed to fill out the I751 form, copy my green card both sides and send in money and evidence. Then I would get a letter telling me where and when to get finger prints done?

Or do I send in I-751 filled out, copy of green card, evidence, 2 passport photos and finger prints that need to be done by the Embassy, consolate USCIS office or miltary installation?

Date of I-751 = 03/05/2011

NOA Date = 3/08/2011

Biometrics = 04/11/2011

Approved = 09/08/2011

Hehe, that happens, but you are correct, that goes for people who are overseas when they file for ROC, like military personnel.

Good luck with your ROC process!
