thanks one more thing related to I-130 form, actually my wife is filing the petition and its section C-17 INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ALIEN RELATIVE (CONTINUED)LIST HUSBAND/WIFE AND ALL CHILDREN OF YOUR RELATIVE. my question is, do she need to write her child name there ? this is confusing me because she is filing petition for me and it is listed children of your relative. what should she write there ?

You are the relative so, her name as your spouse and the names of all YOUR children, if any. She is not her relative, so unless any of your children are also her natural children, her children are not YOUR (her relative's) children.

thanks pushburk your posts are always helpful, one more thing sir, she need to change her name before file the petition or she can change it later, i mean she did not changed her last name yet, is it ok if she file the petition ?

She can change her name when she wants. If it is her intention to take your family name, it would be helpful if she began using the married name on the petition.
