I'm sure you all have input on which documents for proof of marriage are more important that others. So far we have joint credit card, joint bank accounts, joint health insurance, joint auto insurance, joint bills and she's beneficiary for my life insurance and Roth IRA (retirement account). We also have pictures of when we got married in the courthouse and tons of other pictures from various outings (fishing, camping, vacation, etc.) I would hope that this should be sufficient to prove that we are married in good faith. I have heard that affidavits are also a good idea from friends/family. Are these necessary? Any input on this is appreciated.

We can't know what is enough because every case is different. What you have sounds good to me, and joint assets are usually stronger than affidavits, but there may be a reason an IO would want an affidavit in your case - we just can't know. Good luck.
