On 2/24/11 USCIS ordered production of my card. Its says that it may take up to 30 days for me to receive in the mail. My question is, what is the earliest that anyone has ever received theirs? And when I do receive it, whats the process of me getting my DL?..... well learners license because I never had a license before?

30 days is typical boiler plate, typical processing time is 10 days.

You'll probably get it in just a few days. Call up your local DMV to see what documents they require to get a learners permit.

Every state id different as to peocess for DL.

You need to look up state DMV site and do some research.
