thanks for the quick response...

about the evidence...I 'm going to send photos and copys of joint accounts but I do not think if I will have time to gather affidavits from friends and family...however, I will definitively get affidavits of friends and family for the interview..

question: will I have a problem if I send my file with affidavits from friends and family?

Tell us what you have, so we can double check what you might not have.

Typically missed are:

6 2x2 pictures (2 for I-485, 2 for I-765, 2 for I-131).

Recent W-2 of the sponsor in addition to the recent IRS tax transcript of the sponsor or recent 1040.

Sponsor passport or naturalization document.

Signatute on the printed documents.

Lastly: Double check and proof read the printed documents for type-o or incomplete answer to questions.

The more the better :) It is the less or wrong documents that gets you RFE.

I'd say joint accounts and photos might not be sufficient as proof of valid relationship. If I were you, I would try to add something to that. Lease? Joint phone account? Joint insurance? If you are the beneficiary, has your spouse visited your home country, and if so, can you show an e-ticket, passport stamp etc. as proof of that? It's true that you can definitely get the affidavits for the interview. Don't know if you'd get an RFE for not providing enough evidence of bona fide marriage, or if they would only ask you to bring it to the interview when you get the invitation for that.

I think I needed 7 photos of me (beneficiary) and 1 photo of USCIS for the whole package (I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765)
