im pretty sure me and by "husband" are going to get divorced so if we do can i get him out of here. cuz i seems like it was visa fraud. he has changed 100000% he left me and went to live somewere else. and said he was going to move to another state. and nolonger wants me to involve any of my family. if you want more info on what happned pm me i dont want anyone to read this that knows the jerk

i know this is none of my business but im sorry this happened to you, because i have been a member with visajourney for almost i think 2 years, and i always read your post from before and how you wanted your husband to get here so badly. and now i read this and im shocked. its sad how some people just use other people just for a green card. good luck to you.

Oh my gosh, I was in AP at the same time you were dealing with it, and I remember sympathising with you while I was reading your posts.... Im soo very sorry.

Another option to call would be you senator's immigration liason. Explain to them what happened and that he is now threatening you (I would file a police report ASAP) and see if he/she has any clout when it comes to dealing with your soon to be ex.

I am sooooo very sorry for your heartache MQ. (F)

Definately file a police report though. You need to start a paper trail. Did you look through his stuff to see if there was any evidence that he had planned this? Can you read any of his emails? You are going to need every scrap of evidence you can come up with. He is still on a conditional visa right?

Invictus..

Out of the night that covers me,

Black as the Pit from pole to pole,

I thank whatever gods may be

For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance

I have not winced nor cried aloud.

Under the bludgeonings of chance

My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears

Looms but the Horror of the shade,

And yet the menace of the years

Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,

How charged with punishments the scroll.

I am the master of my fate:

I am the captain of my soul.

my father called his and told him to get him out of america. but who can i call to make sure he does not some back to america?

For any deportation order from ICE to be successful,

ICE needs to decide to deport him

and they CAN decide to deport him

based on EVIDENCE that you prepare and submit to them.

Any types of threats (for evidentiary process) must be documented, and you should get the police involved with this evidentiary chain.

FBI profiling makes him smell like a terrorist (getting a Spouse Visa, moving out of the house, threatening you, claiming to import his family)

so get the FBI involved as well.

Seriously - read my words three times here, then map out your evidence.

The ONE PHONE CALL into ICE isn't enough, at all ..

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

If he isn't living with you, then that is proof he moved out. If you know where he is, they can find him. You might not be able to prove he threatened you or almost got physical,

but you should still contact the police and tell them anyway RIGHT AWAY. If you wait, then they are not going to take it seriously. At least they will have it on record that you reported it

and you can build a trail of his behavior. Also, if he said anything to your parents, have them report it.

Is this necessary?

Ummm, yes, as a woman who has been mistreated by a man before, I think I can say honestly it is necessary. And I did say not all men. But from EVERY woman I have ever spoken to or been friends with, there has always BEEN AT LEAST ONE male in their lives who has done something horrible.

Sorry if it offends you....but its my opinion.
