I would report him to USCIS and the FBI. Given the country of origin he came from and his irrationale change in behavior, he could of used you to gain entry and might have other motives to harm other Americans now that he is on USA soil.

You are still responsible for him financially(unless you had a sponsor and that person would be held responsible).Not sure if ICE could deport him unless you have substantial evidence that he married you for a green card. ICE could deport him I am assuming(he entered on CR1 as per the OP) if he is not living with OP and they dont have any relation and he moved out on his own within few months of getting here it can easily be proven he sole intent was to enter wrong pretext.

seems like one sided love and the only one frauded was you. Yeah, definately call him in and get him sent back. This guy is the reason the immigration is so difficult. I think it would be in your best interest to take care of it now before he goes and does something stupid and gets you involved.
