My wife's I-130 application is approved by California processing center, and they said it was sent to New Hampshire visa center. What happens at this stage? I'm a U.S citizen filing for my wife BTW. The letter said my wife should get some papers withing the next 90 days. How long does it take for the New Hampshire visa center to process the paper works?

NVC will send you a request for I-864 affidavit of support and $88 fee when they assign a case number.

Overseas spouse will also send a DS-3032 designating you as agent.

Then gathering required foreign docs to send to NVC, along with DS-230 and Fee

basically, you want to start calling NVC, about 2 weeks after the official NOA-2 approval date.
