my lawyer sent the wrong aos fees now what?

ok great now it gets worse...He mailed it to this address. I am sure this is the wrong address to send it to according to the immigration website. What's going to happen now? Darn it i wanna punch this idiot in the face right now

This is the address that he sent the package to with the wrong fees too

Its possible the post will notice the wrong box info and fix it before it gets mixed up. Its also possible they may not notice and drop it in that box, if its connected to USCIS but the wrong box/dept they may just forward it themselves to the right section. Really only time will tell.. i'm sorry this guy really messed your papers up.

It looks he sent it to the old PO Box number which i found here at old VJ post

New address can be found at UCSIC Link

Has he given you the copy of the package? If not then please ask him to give you the exact replica of what he sent. Go thru all the papers and check if he has provided the right information or not.

By now the Lawyer already may have come to know that you are not at all happy with him so its not worth arguing with him over anything.

So sorry to see you going thru all these but just be patient and let the time come when you can strike back at him either by spreading the message or by notifying Bar Council.
